This event will explain about the various NIHR Fellowship awards available and highlight what makes a strong application. This will help you to focus your efforts and ideas appropriately. Competition for these awards is fierce and the event aims to help participants understand how to improve their chances of success. You can also pre-book an individual advice session to discuss any aspect of your application.

  • the NIHR strategic review of training, and implications for the future
  • an explanation of the benefits and opportunities a Fellowship can confer
  • top tips from Fellowship panel members
  • developing a competitive application
  • experiences and advice from award recipients
  • changes to the application form and process
  • where and how you can get help locally - the RDS.
